FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Western Region. The role focuses on driving growth and revenue for Cinema and Broadcast products in California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Hawaii, reporting to the VP of Sales.

The ideal candidate must be based in Southern California and bring 3–5 years of sales experience in broadcast/cinema with strong communication skills. Travel is required; base salary is $75,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the broadcast and cinema industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications, features, and use cases of broadcast and cinema equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% to customer locations and events, including international travel.

Responsabilités

• Maintain thorough understanding of Broadcast and Cinema industry and articulate value of Fujifilm products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Sell and support broadcast lens products and cinema camera/lens through existing channels.
• Collaborate with product development to feed customer feedback.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and maintain forecasts for the region.
• Maintain accurate records of demo/loaner equipment and customer data.
• Provide training and support to customers and resellers; assist with on-site product demonstrations.
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote Fujifilm products.
