Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field preferred.
5+ years of outside sales in industrial, manufacturing, instrumentation, automation, or engineered products.
Experience selling to OEMs or industrial manufacturing customers.
Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across the Western U.S.
Manage and expand relationships with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and key industrial accounts.
Identify new opportunities in aerospace, defense, energy, manufacturing, semiconductor, medical and other markets.
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to tailor customized solutions.
Manage opportunities from prospecting to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts using CRM software.
Represent the company at industry events.
Travel extensively throughout the Western U.S. to support customers and growth.
