Job summary

Siemens Energy is hiring for the Grid Technologies Industrial Sales & Account Manager - Western Region (US), based in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead key industrial customer relationships, drive revenue, and expand the pipeline for Grid Technologies across North America.

You will collaborate with regional leadership, shape customer strategies, and manage contracts while traveling up to 50% domestically. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in industrial sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; engineering or business preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial sales and key account leadership.
• Experience in core industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, refining, metals & mining.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing opportunities in Grid Technologies.
• Develop customer strategy and align offerings with client needs.
• Manage sales process and negotiate favorable contracts.
