Siemens Energy is seeking a senior Industrial Sales & Account Manager for Grid Technologies in North America. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and shape the sales pipeline while collaborating with leadership to prioritize high-value pursuits.

You’ll manage complex deals, build executive relationships, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver value across products, systems, and long-term service programs. Travel up to 50% domestically, with some international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; engineering or business background preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial sales, key account leadership, and commercial strategy.
• Experience selling complex Grid Technologies solutions across products, systems, and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targets by identifying and closing opportunities for Grid Technology products and services.
• Maintain portfolio understanding and provide accurate forecasts and cross-functional value propositions.
• Develop and execute customer strategy aligned with Siemens Energy stakeholders.
