CRH Americas Materials in the West Division seeks an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to lead lean initiatives across multi-state operations, driving cost leadership and margin improvements with a focus on safety and sustainability.

You will coach teams, conduct capability-building and use tools like AggFlow, PEAK, and PRISM to optimize production and planning, reporting to the VP of Division Performance, with travel ~50% across the western US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in aggregates, leading teams and delivering progressive results.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, quality control and data collection.
• Ability to influence at all levels and manage cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites and prioritize implementation plans.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining quality.
• Optimize operations to maximize margin while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Align production planning with demand forecasts and commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to implement OpEx strategies.
• Deliver training, coaching and development to site leaders and frontline staff.
• Support budgeting, reporting and performance metrics.
