Job summary
CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to drive lean initiatives, optimize plant operations, and lead performance assessments across multi-site western US operations. You will champion cost leadership, safety culture, and sustainability while guiding capability-building through training and coaching.
The role involves travel ~50% and requires strong data-driven decision making, cross-functional teamwork, and proven leadership across operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of operational experience leading teams in aggregates.
- Experience with aggregate performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
- Ability to influence across levels and coach frontline teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end performance assessments across sites in the western US.
- Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining quality.
- Align operations planning with demand and margin targets.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement OpEx and value-added strategies.
- Lead change initiatives and develop talent through coaching and training.
