Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager for the West Division (Construction). You will lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple states, driving margin and operational excellence while coaching site leaders and teams.

The role emphasizes capability-building, diagnostics, training, and cross-functional collaboration with commercial teams to optimize OpEx and sustain safety and quality. Travel ~50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in aggregates.
• Experience with aggregate performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Proven ability to develop relationships and lead teams.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, quality control, automation and data collection.
• Site assessments including reviewing and approving tactical implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites, including diagnosis, on-site analysis, and post-visit prioritization and implementation planning.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining product specifications and quality.
• Align production planning with demand forecast, mine plan, and commercial strategy to maximize margin.
• Collaborate with leadership and the commercial team to develop and sell OpEx and value-added strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives and coach teams to adopt AMAT Performance Fundamentals and tools.
• Assist in planning, budgeting and reporting for operations.
