Job summary
CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to lead operational performance initiatives across western U.S. sites.
You will champion lean methodologies, drive cost leadership and margin improvements, and build capabilities through training and coaching of plant leadership and frontline teams. The role requires 5+ years in aggregates, strong data analysis, and hands-on plant experience, with travel about 50% within the western United States.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of operational experience in aggregates or similar industries.
- Experience leading teams and delivering progressive results.
- Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, quality control, and data collection.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites across multiple states.
- Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining product quality.
- Align production planning with demand forecasts and margin targets.
- Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams on OpEx and value-added strategies.
- Lead change management initiatives and coach site leaders and frontline employees.
