Qualifications
- 5+ years operational experience in aggregates or related industries.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver progressive results.
- Experience with aggregate performance tools and analytics.
- Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.
- Ability to influence across levels and functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites and prioritize implementation.
- Analyze plant production and equipment performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Optimize operations to maximize margin while ensuring safety and quality.
- Plan production to align with demand forecast and strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams on OpEx and value-added strategies.
