Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to drive operational performance across western US aggregates operations. You will champion lean methods and lead capability-building across sites, with a focus on safety, cost leadership, and margin improvement.

Travel up to 50% is required; base pay is $120,000–$140,000 with a 15% bonus and opportunities to influence across divisions. This role reports to the VP of Division Performance and may lead a small team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in aggregates.
• Experience with aggregate performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining quality.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets.
