Job summary

CRH's Americas Materials division seeks an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to lead lean initiatives across western U.S. aggregate operations. The role focuses on operational excellence, cost leadership, and margin improvement through CapEx and commercial strategies, with capability-building through training and coaching.

Qualifications

5+ years operational experience in aggregates.
Experience with aggregate performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
Proven ability to develop relationships and work as a leader or participant.
Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, automation and data collection.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites, incl. diagnosis and prioritization.
Analyze and improve plant production efficiency while maintaining quality.
Align production planning with demand, mine plan and margin targets.
Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to implement OpEx/value-added strategies.
