Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites.
• Analyze plant production to improve efficiency while meeting specs.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop OpEx and value-added strategies.
• Lead change management and training for site leaders and frontline teams.
• Travel ~50% within western United States.
