• Hands-on plant systems, quality control, and data collection.
• Ability to influence at all levels and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites and prioritize actions.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while ensuring quality.
• Optimize operations for cost leadership and margin improvement.
• Coordinate with leadership and commercial teams on OpEx strategy.
• Deliver training, coaching, and development to site leaders.
