Job summary

Gordian, a Fortive company and the world’s leading provider of facility and construction cost data, is seeking a Vice President, Operations Procurement – West. You will oversee multiple regions, drive revenue growth, margin, and client outcomes while aligning operational strategy with enterprise goals.

You will lead Regional Directors, partner with Finance and COO, and champion continuous improvement using FBS methods.

Qualifications

12+ years in operational leadership, procurement, construction, or closely related fields; leadership of leaders (Director-level and above).
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Proven success overseeing multi-region operations with revenue and margin accountability; strong executive communication.

Responsibilities

Lead Regional Directors, ensuring accountability for operational performance, people leadership, and client outcomes.
Set clear expectations for execution, financial discipline, and service delivery across West regions.
Foster a performance‑oriented culture focused on ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a steady senior operator during change, growth, or operational challenges.
