Gordian, a Fortive company and a leading provider of facility and construction cost data, software, and services, seeks a Vice President, Operations Procurement – West. You will oversee regional operations across the Pacific and Central West regions, driving growth, margin, and client outcomes.

Partner with the COO and executives to set strategy, scale operations, and remove obstacles. Lead Regional Directors and champion disciplined execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operational leadership, procurement, or closely related fields.
• Leadership of leaders (Director level and above).
• Experience overseeing multi‑region operations with revenue and margin accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Directors and ensure accountable regional performance.
• Set expectations for execution, financial discipline, and service delivery.
• Identify systemic operational challenges and drive cross‑regional solutions.
• Partner with Finance and COO to balance investment, capacity, and profitability.
