Job summary

Qualifications

Experience: 12+ years in operational leadership, procurement, construction, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Proven success overseeing multi-region operations with revenue and margin accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Regional Directors, ensuring accountability for operational performance, people leadership, and client outcomes.
Set clear expectations for execution, financial discipline, and service delivery across all West regions.
Foster a performance-oriented culture focused on ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a steady senior leader during change, growth, or operational challenges.
Identify systemic operational challenges and lead cross-regional solutions.
