Job summary

Gordian is seeking a Vice President, Operations Procurement for the West region to lead multi-region operational performance, drive revenue growth, and improve client outcomes. You will partner with Finance, COO, Sales, and Technology to scale procurement and JOC operations while maintaining quality and margin.

The role requires 12+ years in operational leadership with procurement or construction, a Bachelor's degree, and up to 40–50% travel across the West.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Directors with accountability for performance.

• Foster a performance-oriented culture focused on ownership and improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth, margin, and client outcomes.
