Job summary

Gordian, a Fortive company, seeks a Vice President, Operations Procurement – West to lead the West region’s procurement operations and growth. You will oversee Regional Directors, drive revenue and margin, and ensure client satisfaction across multiple regions.

This senior role partners with COO and executive peers to scale operations while maintaining disciplined execution. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in operational leadership with a growth mindset, and can balance strategic planning

Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years in operational leadership, procurement, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to scale multi-region operations with revenue and margin accountability.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% across the West region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Directors and oversee West region operational performance.
• Drive revenue growth, margin, client retention, and efficiency.
• Set execution standards and provide escalation for high‑impact risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to scale growth.
• Foster ownership, continuous improvement, and a performance culture.
