Qualifications

• 12+ years in operational leadership, procurement, construction, or related fields with leadership of leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success overseeing multi-region operations with revenue and margin accountability.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Directors with accountability for operational performance and client outcomes.
• Set execution expectations across West regions with financial discipline and service delivery.
• Foster a performance‑oriented culture focused on ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Finance, and COO to drive growth and margin.
• Identify systemic challenges and lead cross‑regional solutions for consistency and scalability.
