Job summary

Gordian seeks a senior operations executive to lead our West region, overseeing Regional Directors, driving revenue growth, margin management, and client outcomes. You will guide cross‑region initiatives, scale operational excellence, and partner with finance, COO, and sales to deliver disciplined execution and measurable growth.

As a Fortive company, Gordian combines data, software, and services for the building lifecycle, supporting public and private clients with JOC procurement and RSMeans

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operational leadership, procurement, construction, or closely related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to ~40–50% across the West region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Directors and drive execution across West regions.
• Own revenue growth, margin, client retention, and operational efficiency.
• Improve procurement and JOC operations to support growth and risk management.
• Act as a steady senior leader during change, growth, or operational challenges.
• Partner with Finance, COO, Sales, and Product to enable growth and accountability.
