Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking an EPC Project Manager for utility-scale solar projects. The role is a full-time, on-site position on a West Region jobsite with travel, responsible for planning, budgeting, risk management, and project controls.

Lead large labor crews, manage safety plans, and oversee billing, change orders, and procurement. Requires strong scheduling, cost control, and team leadership with onsite coordination.

Qualifications

• Field construction management experience (5–8 years)
• Leadership ability in remote environment
• Strong computer skills with MS Office; knowledge of Bluebeam Revu
• CMiC experience is a plus
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting
• Understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating
• Willingness to travel extensively (≥50%)

Responsibilities

• Plan sequencing, crew sizes, productivity goals, and monthly labor spend
• Develop safety plans and implement safety procedures
• Oversee project billings to maximize cash flow and reduce pay cycles
• Present and negotiate change orders with owner
• Negotiate subcontract and material purchases
• Keep project on schedule and manage cost forecasts
• Mentor project team and ensure compliance with contract terms
• Coordinate with Owner, Architect and Subcontractors
