Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an EPC Project Manager to oversee all aspects of utility-scale solar projects, including planning, budgeting, buyout, and controls. This full-time role is on a Plymouth, NC jobsite with travel; leadership and technical expertise will drive project success.

You will coordinate with superintendents, lead cost forecasting, ensure safety plans, and manage subcontracting and procurement while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5-8 years field construction management experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership to manage diverse teams in remote environments.
• Proficient with MS Office; CMiC/Bluebeam Revu experience preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise large self-performed scopes with large labor crews.
• Develop safety plans and implement safety procedures.
• Oversee project billings and optimize cash flow and collection of receivables.
• Present and negotiate change orders with owner.
• Negotiate subcontract and material purchases.
