Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC Project Manager to oversee utility-scale solar projects, including planning, budgeting, buyout, controls, scheduling, and risk management. The role is based on a West Region jobsite with travel and leadership of large labor crews.

The ideal candidate has field construction management experience, strong MS Office and Bluebeam Revu skills, and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams to ensure project success while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, construction management or architecture.
• 5–8 years field construction management, supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and remote team coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam Revu; CMiC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage large self-performed scopes with large labor crews.
• Develop safety plans and implement safety procedures.
• Oversee project billings and optimize cash flow and pay cycles.
• Present and negotiate change orders with the owner.
• Negotiate subcontract and material purchases; ensure timely buyout and deliveries.
• Keep project on schedule and manage risk with mitigation plans.
• Lead project team, train staff, and ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate with Owner, Architect and Subcontractors to protect project interests.
