SOLV Energy, Inc. in Alabama is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar projects from planning through close-out.

You will manage large field teams, coordinate safety plans, budgeting, buyouts, and change orders while ensuring on-time completion and compliance with contract terms. This full-time role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, risk management, and the ability to build productive relationships with Owners, subcontractors, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred.
• 5-8 years field construction management experience with supervisory roles.
• Ability to lead diverse teams in remote environments and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• In partnership with superintendent team, plan, execute, and take responsibility for significant scopes of self-performed work, managing very large labor crews.
• Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures.
• Oversee preparation of project billings; seek to maximize cash flow and reduce pay cycles through diligent billing.
• Present and negotiate change orders with owner for timely resolution.
• Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases.
• Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval and material delivery.
• Keep project on schedule.
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management, particularly cost forecasting.
