Job summary

ContiTech seeks a seasoned regional sales leader to drive growth and profitability for the Western United States. You will manage a remote team, cultivate distributor and end-user relationships, and execute strategies to exceed revenue targets and margins.

You will mentor sales personnel, collaborate with marketing, and travel extensively to meet customers across CA, AZ, NM, CO, and surrounding states. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience.
• At least 3 years in a management/leadership role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and executives.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and collaboration to motivate a sales team.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet/exceed revenue targets in the Western US region.
• Develop regional plans to achieve goals and margin growth.
• Maintain key customer relationships to sustain value.
• Develop and coach sales representatives; manage performance.
• Provide feedback to sales/marketing on opportunities and strategies.
• Lead talent development, coaching, and retention initiatives.
• Travel extensively, >50% of the time.
