Job summary

ContiTech USA, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Regional Sales Manager for the Western USA. This full-time, remote-based position covers CA, AZ, NM, CO, NV, TX and more, with extensive travel (>50%).

The role targets revenue growth, distributor management, and strong customer relationships. You will lead a regional sales team, develop plans to achieve top-line growth, coach staff, and partner with marketing to leverage the Continental brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 7 years of sales experience.
• 3 years of management/leading people experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customers and management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets in the assigned region.
• Develop regional plans to achieve goals and margins.
• Manage distributors and identify growth strategies.
• Build and maintain key customer relationships.
