Job summary

ContiTech is seeking a regional sales leader to drive top-line growth for the Western United States. You will lead a remote-based team across CA, AZ, NM, CO, NV, TX, WY, OR, WA, MT, UT, ID, AK, HI, coordinating with distributors and end users to hit revenue targets.

The role requires 7+ years in sales, 3+ years in management, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel over half the time. Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7 years of sales experience.
• 3 years management/ leading people experience.
• Experience with direct end user accounts and selling via distribution channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and prioritization.
• Located within the Western Region of USA; able to travel 50%+.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no relocation offered.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets in the assigned region.
• Develop regional plans to achieve top-line and margin goals.
• Manage distributors and relationships with key customers.
• Coach and develop sales personnel for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on opportunities for Continental.
