Planar is seeking a dynamic sales leader for the Western US region to drive strategy, grow the partner network, and maximize revenue from LED/LCD displays and large panels. You will lead account managers and applications engineers, forecast sales, and influence pricing with market feedback.

The role requires a proven track record in technology sales leadership, proAV experience, and strong communication skills. Travel and showroom strategy across the region are key components of the position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years of technology sales leadership experience, including at least 3 years proAV experience.
• Proven track record in selling and forecasting in the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Refine and execute sales strategy to meet business goals in the Western territory.
• Develop assigned team including account managers and applications engineers for sales related skills, business acumen and product knowledge.
• Establish performance measures and evaluate effectiveness of sales staff and partners.
• Contribute to pricing decisions by providing market intelligence and feedback.
• Identify, recruit, attain, and manage resellers and thought-leaders in the territory.
• Participate in joint sales calls, trainings, demos, and tradeshows to drive revenue.
