Job summary

McCrometer, a Veralto company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the North America Sales Team. This remote role targets growth in the assigned territory by positioning metering solutions and managing channel partners while building strong customer relationships.

The position reports to the NA Sales Director and requires travel up to 50% across Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and adjacent areas; Salesforce proficiency and strategic sales planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience.
• Preferred experience with flow meters, water/wastewater, oil & gas, or industrial applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory; valid passport required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with channel partners, end users, dealers, and distributors and communicate the value of McCrometer’s metering solutions.
• Develop and execute a sales growth strategy for the territory with channel partners, and achieve goals.
• Actively use SFDC to manage opportunities, track performance, and prepare forecasts.
• Educate customers on product portfolio and value proposition, and resolve issues cross-functionally.
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences to stay informed on market trends and regulations.
• Provide customer and competitive feedback and continually improve prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Travel up to 50% within the territory while complying with safety regulations and company policies.
