Job summary

McCrometer, a Veralto company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the North America Sales Team. The role focuses on value‑based selling, building strong customer relationships, and managing channel partners to close new business opportunities.

This remote role requires residing in CO, WA, or OR and traveling up to 50% within the territory. You will drive growth in assigned vertical markets, expand direct sales, and help increase profit margins while meeting ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• BS in Business or Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience, ideally with flow meters, water/wastewater, oil & gas, or industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with channel partners, end users, dealers, and distributors while communicating the value of McCrometer’s metering solutions.
• Develop and execute a sales growth strategy for your territory, setting goals with partners and working to achieve them.
• Utilize and update the SFDC CRM to manage opportunities, track performance, and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Educate customers on McCrometer’s product portfolio and value proposition, and coordinate cross‑functionally to resolve issues.
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences to stay informed on market trends and regulations.
• Assess market opportunities, provide customer/competitive feedback, and improve prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Travel up to 50% within the territory while maintaining safety, policy compliance, and teamwork.
