Job summary

CRH is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead Territory Sales Managers across Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah and Washington. This role is remote and requires residence in CA or AZ with up to 75% travel.

You will translate company strategy into territory plans, grow sales with applicators, and ensure disciplined Salesforce use while coaching your team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience leading a field sales team across multiple territories with hiring and coaching responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; able to learn company tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Territory Sales Managers.
• Improve prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing; address performance gaps with clear expectations and follow-up.
• Translate regional goals into territory plans with defined priorities and milestones.
• Grow sales with existing applicators and develop new opportunities for profitable growth.
• Partner with applicators to turn builder demand into product sales and communicate value beyond price.
• Maintain disciplined Salesforce use with pipeline reviews and accurate next steps.
• Collaborate with operations, production, customer service and product teams.
