Qualys in the West region is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and develop the Cybersecurity TAM team responsible for post-sales success with enterprise customers. You will shape and execute sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen executive relationships.

The role requires a track record of sales leadership in cybersecurity, 5+ years of enterprise experience, and the ability to travel across the US West.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience in cybersecurity sales.
• Proven track record of success in sales with enterprise-sized accounts.
• Able to travel throughout U.S. West territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the TAM team to assure complete customer satisfaction through all sales process stages.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity space.
• Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers within enterprise customer organizations.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to grow revenue (Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations).
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies.
