BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy across Mountain and Pacific territories. The role focuses on payer relationships, formulary review, and coverage to ensure rapid access for BridgeBio's rare disease portfolio.

Travel ~50-60% and strong collaboration with Field Reimbursement, Sales, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, and Pricing teams are essential. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in biotech/pharma payer accounts, established Kaiser

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years in biotech/pharma with regional payer account management experience
• Current, established Kaiser Permanente relationships required
• Strong understanding of payer sector including Medicaid and benefit designs

Responsabilidades

• Own and expand Kaiser Permanente relationships across the West and key payer accounts
• Develop and execute regional account plans for major plans and IDNs
• Coordinate with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Trade, and Sales to articulate value and resolve access issues
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and maintain knowledge of state Medicaid policy and regional dynamics
