Job summary

BridgeBio is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy and execution across the Mountain and Pacific territory. You will manage relationships with regional commercial payers, FFS and managed Medicaid programs, and IDNs for BridgeBio's rare disease portfolio.

Travel 50-60% and work remotely within the West region. This role reports to the VP, Market Access and requires 10+ years in biotech/pharma with 5+ years in regional payer management, plus established

Qualifications

• 10+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
• 5+ years in regional payer account management.
• Established Kaiser Permanente relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare and benefit designs.
• Ability to present complex clinical data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand Kaiser Permanente relationships across the West.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regional payers and IDNs.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans to enable rapid access.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Communicate policy changes to field teams and maintain policy knowledge.
