BridgeBio Inc. seeks a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy across the Mountain and Pacific states. You will manage relationships with regional payers, Medicaid programs, and IDNs for the rare disease portfolio.

The role drives launch readiness, formulary reviews, and coverage strategies, collaborating with Field Reimbursement, Sales, HEOR, Marketing, and Pricing to remove access barriers. Travel 50-60% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years biotech/pharma experience.
• At least 5 years in regional payer account management.
• Proven rare disease launch, contracting, and pull-through experience.
• Current Kaiser Permanente relationships are required or strongly preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Own and expand Kaiser Permanente relationship across the West.
• Develop senior-level relationships with regional commercial payers, Medicaid programs, IDNs and provider-sponsored plans.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans for major California public plans and regional payers to support rapid access for approved products.
• Profile accounts' formulary and review processes; address launch barriers before P&T and coverage reviews.
• Coordinate with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Trade, Pricing and Contracting, Field Reimbursement, Sales, and Operations to tell the clinical and economic value story.
• Communicate payer policy and coverage changes to field teams and monitor Medicaid policy and regional market dynamics.
