BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy and execution across the Mountain and Pacific territory. You will manage relationships with regional commercial payers, FF S and managed Medicaid programs, and IDNs for BridgeBio's rare disease portfolio.

The role ensures launch readiness, formulary review, appropriate coverage, and resolution of access barriers in partnership with Field Reimbursement, Sales, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, and Pricing

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience, including at least 5 years in regional payer account management.
• Current, established relationships with Kaiser Permanente decision makers in pharmacy, medical policy, formulary/P&T, finance, and DEC.
• Solid understanding of the Payer sector, including Medical/Pharmacy Benefit Designs and Medicaid (Managed/FFS).
• Ability to understand and present complex clinical data for approved indications.

Responsabilidades

• Own and expand Kaiser Permanente relationship across the West, including policy, formulary, contracting, and DEC stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regional payers, FF S, managed Medicaid plans, and IDNs.
• Create and execute account-specific business plans to support rapid, durable access for approved products.
• Profile accounts' formulary and policy review processes; coordinate cross-functional teams to articulate value.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and monitor state Medicaid policy and market dynamics.
