BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy across Mountain and Pacific regions. The role will manage relationships with regional commercial payers, Medicaid programs, and IDNs to ensure rapid, durable access for BridgeBio's rare disease portfolio.

You will partner with Field Reimbursement, Sales, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, and Pricing teams to develop account plans, assess formulary and policy review processes, and communicate policy changes

Qualificações

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with regional payer experience.
• Strong relationships with Kaiser Permanente and other payers.
• Ability to present complex clinical data for indications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead access strategy and execution for West region.
• Manage relationships with regional payers, FF S and Medicaid programs, and IDNs.
• Develop and execute account plans for major California public and Blue plans.
• Coordinate with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Trade, Pricing and Contracting, Field Reimbursement, Sales, and Operations to tell the value story.
