Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy across the Mountain and Pacific territory. You will manage Kaiser Permanente and major regional payers, aligning formulary strategies, policy reviews, and cross-functional execution with Field Reimbursement, Sales, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Trade, and Pricing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience.
• At least 5 years in regional payer account management.
• Current established relationships with Kaiser Permanente decision-makers.
• Solid understanding of the payer sector, Medicaid/FFS knowledge, and ability to present complex clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand Kaiser Permanente relationships across the West region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional payers and IDNs; manage account plans.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes; coordinate cross-functionally to demonstrate value.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams; maintain knowledge of Medicaid policy and dynamics.
