Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy and execution across the Mountain and Pacific territory. You will manage Kaiser Permanente relationships and drive formulary and policy alignment to enable rapid access for BridgeBio’s rare-disease portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
• At least 5 years in regional payer account management.
• Current, established relationships with Kaiser Permanente decision makers.
• Solid understanding of the Payer sector, including Medical/Pharmacy Benefit Designs and Medicaid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand the Kaiser Permanente relationship across the West.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional payers, FFS/managed Medicaid programs, IDNs, and provider-sponsored plans in the West.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans for the West portfolio to support rapid access for approved products.
• Profile formulary and medical policy review processes; coordinate with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Trade, Pricing, Contracting, Field Reimbursement, Sales, and Operations.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and stay informed on Medicaid policy and regional market dynamics.
