Job summary

BridgeBio is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy across the Mountain and Pacific territory, including Kaiser Permanente and regional payers. You will drive launch readiness and coverage to enable timely access for BridgeBio's portfolio. This remote field-based role requires cross-functional collaboration with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Trade, Pricing, and Sales.

Travel 50-60%. Salary in California: $235,000–$270,000 USD.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 10+ years biotech/pharmaceutical experience including 5+ years in regional payer account management.
• Kaiser relationships with decision makers required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Travel 50-60%.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand Kaiser Permanente relationship across the West.
• Develop relationships with regional payers, Medicaid programs, IDNs.
• Create account plans for West portfolio to support rapid access.
• Profile accounts' formulary and medical policy review; address launch barriers.
• Coordinate with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Trade, Pricing & Contracting, Field Reimbursement, Sales, and Operations to deliver the value story.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and stay current on Medicaid policy and market dynamics.
