Job summary

Allient Inc. is seeking a West Regional Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Bellevue area. You will guide channel partners as they develop solutions using our core technologies and will contribute directly to sales quota.

You will build strong customer and partner relationships, demonstrate product benefits, and pursue new market opportunities within the Rockwell Automation ecosystem. Travel ~30% is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience in industrial or technical markets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales quota through distributor network and direct accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, OEMs, system integrators, and end-users.
• Lead consultative sales process to influence customer specifications in design phases.
