Job summary

Operation Homefront seeks a Senior Regional Director of Development to lead Western region fundraising, guiding a $1.6M annual revenue goal and managing the full donor lifecycle—from identification to renewal—with a personalized moves management approach.

The successful candidate will supervise the Regional Development Manager, coordinate with corporate, foundation, special events and individual giving teams, and report monthly on revenue forecasts while traveling up to 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in non-profit with social services programs.
• Experience/ working knowledge of greater local metro area preferred
• Valid driver’s license.
• Acceptable MVR (annual)
• Criminal background check
• MS Office Programs

Responsibilities

• Strategy for and management of regional development plans to meet revenue goal.
• Provides full life cycle moves management for regional donors, including upgrades, renewals and new business.
• Coordinates with the broader corporate, foundation, special events and individual giving teams to support activation and stewardship.
• Provides strategic guidance and supervisory support to the Regional Development Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
