Job summary

Operation Homefront seeks a Sr. Director, Regional Development to lead fundraising strategy for the Western US region, with annual revenue goals and full donor lifecycle management.

The role reports to the VP, Field Development and requires coordinating with cross-functional teams while supervising the Regional Development Manager. Hybrid work with travel up to ~40% is expected, and a strong focus on securing support for military families is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, project management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of nonprofit experience with social services programs.
• Experience/working knowledge of greater local metro area preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Acceptable MVR (annual).
• Criminal background check.
• MS Office Programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional development strategy to meet annual revenue goals.
• Manage full lifecycle donor relations including upgrades and renewals.
• Coordinate with corporate, foundation, special events and individual giving teams to activate and steward donors.
• Provide guidance and supervisory support to the Regional Development Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's in Nonprofit Management / Business Administration / related field
