Job summary

Operation Homefront in the Western US seeks a Sr. Director, Regional Development to lead fundraising strategy for the region (West of and including New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana) with an annual revenue target around $1.6M. The role reports to the VP of Field Development and oversees donor stewardship, upgrades and regional team activity. The position is hybrid with travel up to 40% and occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit organizations
• Experience in social services programs preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Criminal background check
• Education verification

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional development plans to meet annual revenue goals.
• Provide full moves management for regional donors including upgrades, renewals, and new business.
• Coordinate with corporate, foundation, events and individual giving teams to support donor activation and stewardship.
• Provide strategic guidance and supervisory support to the Regional Development Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or related field

Master's degree preferred
