Job summary

Gordian in Denver seeks a Vice President, Operations Procurement – West to lead cross‑regional operations, drive revenue growth, protect margins, and ensure client outcomes. You’ll partner with the COO and executive peers, set execution direction, and scale the procurement and JOC operating model across the Pacific and Central West regions.

The role requires 12+ years in operational leadership and procurement, a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), and willingness to travel 40–50%.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years in operational leadership, procurement, construction, or closely related fields, including leadership of leaders (Director-level and above).
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to ~40–50% across the West region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Directors with accountability for performance, people leadership, and client outcomes.
• Set expectations for execution, financial discipline, and service delivery across West regions.
• Foster a performance‑oriented culture focused on ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to support regional growth and complex implementations.
