Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead for the West Region, based in the San Diego area. You will act as a senior technical and commercial authority shaping Snowflake strategy, enablement, and joint go-to-market execution with high-impact client engagements.

You will translate Snowflake platform capabilities into tangible business outcomes, contribute to repeatable delivery patterns, and lead or support strategic Snowflake pursuits with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering modern data platforms.
• Experience in partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned roles.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architectures (cloud data platforms, data products, data mesh, Lakehouse).
• Ability to translate Snowflake capabilities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Slalom's Snowflake partnership strategy and global data roadmap.
• Support complex Snowflake client engagements with senior advisory.
• Translate objectives into scalable Snowflake architectures and roadmaps.
• Oversee solution design, delivery quality, and risk in Snowflake programs.
• Enable handoffs to delivery teams with clear scope and success measures.
• Collaborate with sales and industry teams to pursue Snowflake opportunities.
• Lead or support Snowflake pre-sales activities, including RFI/RFP responses.
• Develop proposals and SOWs that articulate business value and ROI.
• Create repeatable approaches to selling and delivering Snowflake at scale.
