Job summary

Slalom seeks a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead for the West Region to act as the senior technical and commercial authority on Snowflake partnerships, shaping data, analytics, and AI strategy across global and local teams.

You will lead complex engagements, translate objectives into scalable architectures, and drive repeatable, high-impact Snowflake delivery with executive stakeholders and sales partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering modern data platforms.
• Experience in partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned roles.
• Strong understanding of data architectures (cloud data platforms, data products, data mesh, lakehouse).
• Ability to translate Snowflake capabilities into business outcomes.
• Proven collaboration across global and local teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior executives.
• Snowflake certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical and strategic leader for Slalom’s Snowflake partnership.
• Translate business objectives into scalable Snowflake architectures and roadmaps.
• Provide technical oversight on design, delivery quality, and risk across Snowflake-led programs.
• Enable handoff to local delivery teams with clear scope and success measures.
• Support strategic Snowflake pursuits with sales and industry teams.
• Lead or support Snowflake-focused pre-sales activities and RFI/RFP responses.
• Develop compelling proposals and statements of work with clear ROI.
• Create repeatable approaches to selling and delivering Snowflake engagements at scale.
