Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Snowflake Partner Solution Lead for the West Region to drive elite Snowflake partnerships, solution leadership, and go-to-market execution. You’ll translate Snowflake capabilities into business value, shape strategy, and enable scalable delivery across regions.

You will advise Snowflake and Slalom clients, guide complex engagements, and contribute to GTM collateral and repeatable offerings, with extensive experience in data platforms and partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering modern data platforms with deep hands-on Snowflake expertise.
• Proven experience in a partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned role supporting complex sales cycles and enterprise-scale programs.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns (cloud data platforms, data products, data mesh, lakehouse).

Responsibilities

• Lead Snowflake partnership strategy and global go-to-market initiatives.
• Advise on complex Snowflake client engagements and oversee solution design and delivery quality.
• Develop repeatable offerings, accelerators, and methodologies to scale Snowflake engagements.
