Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – West to lead our Food & Beverage sales across the Western United States. You will guide a high-performing field team, drive orders, revenue and profitability, and expand customer relationships while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of B2B selling experience, with proficiency in Salesforce and regional territory management.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
8+ years of B2B sales with technical products or manufacturing solutions.
Direct sales management experience for field teams.
Experience handling multi-state territories and sales targets.
Proficiency with Salesforce for opportunity management and forecasting.
Experience in technical sales processes and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a dispersed field sales team with clear performance expectations.
Deliver regional orders, revenue, and profitability through territory strategy.
Drive new customer acquisition and growth of recurring consumables business.
Maintain field presence with joint visits and strategic account engagement.
Lead funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, service, and supply chain to solve problems.
