Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – West to lead Food & Beverage sales across the Western United States from Texas to California, delivering profitable growth and developing a high-performing field team.

The role reports to the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage and is part of the North America Food & Beverage Sales team, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience with technical products or manufacturing solutions
• Direct sales management experience
• Experience managing multi-state sales territories
• Experience developing territory plans and sales growth initiatives
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM
• Experience managing technical sales processes and negotiations

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a geographically dispersed field sales team
• Deliver regional orders, revenue, and profitability objectives
• Drive new customer acquisition and market-share expansion
• Maintain a strong field presence through customer visits and coaching
• Lead regional funnel management and forecasting to ensure pipeline quality
• Develop and execute territory and key-account strategies
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Systems Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain and Customer Service
